Diets such as the Atkins diet, paleo diet, or any other low-carb diet follow almost the same pattern. They prefer cutting down excessive carbs and increase the intake of protein, and fibers. It is pretty obvious that when almost all other diets are following the same pattern then why shouldn’t you follow the ones that are already famous. 

There is no doubt that these diets are not famous. The only difference is that the keto diet has shown results in a lesser period. Considering the fact that starting a few KGs are water weight and after that, you start losing the real fat.
